Individual membership is $8.00 a year. Family membership (everyone residing at the same residence) is $10.00 a year. Any dues paid now will cover you for the year 2006 to 2007. Our calendar year runs from November 1st to October 31st. Any paid member is eligible to vote for club officers at the October election/dinner meeting but must attend at least any two meetings prior to the elections to vote. We have changed our Bi-laws so ask about our changes. Money collected from dues goes directly to cover costs of mailing permits, newsletter printing, club website, mailing of news letters and notices. Having a membership does not admit anyone to shows for free.

We encourage all members and friends to attend our monthly general meetings which are held every 3rd Friday (April thru October) at the Portersville Show grounds in the kitchen / dinning building. We welcome you to join us for food , fellowship, and the latest club happenings. Meetings start at 7:00 P.M.
Our first meeting general meeting of the year is held the 3rd Friday of March at Browns Country Kitchen Restaurant, Route 488. (Downstairs). 7:00 P.M.
DONATIONS
If you are not interested in being a member at this time but would like to make a contribution such as a financial, or perhaps a piece of antique equipment. We will welcome your donation, however if you want to donate a piece of antique equipment, it will have to be presented to the board of directors. This can be done by : e-mail, letter, or contacting a board member. Financial donations can be sent directly to Portersville Steam Show. However please do not send cash. Directors meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month. December excluded. We do not meet in the month of December. In the colder months we hold our meetings at alternative locations. Directors will know the locations of these meetings, contact a director if you wish to attend.
