The print shop is always looking for donations of old printing equipment to add to the display.

Below is Brandon Petho. Brandon is on of our junior members. He spends his time at the  Print Shop working. Photographed below ; Brandon is demonstrating how to use a press. This small press is great for little hands to learn on. Ask Brandon,  It's as easy as 1, 2, 3.

In 2008 there was a college student working on her studies and also volunteering as an aprentice under Wayne Young.  What a great way for such a young individual to learn about the past and also keep an old trade and skill alive.  We salute you college student. She is explaining to this small group the printing press process.  I believe she will be working in the paper publishing career someday or perhaps journalism.
Welcome to our Print Shop.  Years ago the shop was rather small to say the least. Recently it has expanded in size. There are many pieces of machinery inside to see. ( A spectacular display ). The print shop is open during all shows, morning till dark. Stop in and you will get a demonstration of letter press operation,  even hands on demonstrations. Just ask !! There is a small press in which small hands can operate, so bring your children in for a wonderful learning experience. The Young's enjoy having visitors of all ages. The Young family takes great pride in the display. Do not miss out on visiting the print shop.
